Physical development is the process that starts in human infancy and continues into late adolescent concentrating on gross and fine motor skills as well as puberty.

Talk to the children about what yoga is.
Calming music and place the mats out.
Middle of Activity
Early:
Children are able to try to move their bodies but not do the moves.
Middle:
Children are able to do the Yoga moves, just maybe half way.
Later:
These children will be able to do the Yoga moves and maybe do it better or in a more advanced way.
End of Activity
Have these children express their likes and dislikes.

Middle:
These children will be able to drum. Learning to keep up with the beat. A B C (drum, drum, drum)
Later:
These children will be able to keep up a stead beat.
End of Activity
Allow the children to play with the instruments at their own free will. They will be able to sing their own songs and play.
Follow Up Ideas:
Allow the children to play beats with different instruments.
Singing different songs.

Beginning of Activity
During this activity, children will be dancing with ribbon or streamers. They will have the option to dance freely how ever they would like.
Middle of Activity
Early:
These children will be able to dance to the music, but miht struggle dancing and swinging the ribbon or streamer.
Middle:
These children will be able to dance with the ribbon.
These children will be able to do different moves and sing along.
Later:
For these children they will be able to dance with the ribbon and maybe even swing them to the beat of the music.
